Initiate Your Request

Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in unused, 'gym-ready' condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
